The Engagement page allows administrators of a service to view who and when a user has logged into their centre as well as those who have never logged in.
Click on Administration > Engagement
The last visit column will show the last time a user logged into One Child. If there are users who have never logged in ‘Never’ will be displayed in this column.
To reach out to the users who have never logged in click on the envelope icon at the end of the row for the selected person. Your default email client will open with the email address of the person already populated in the To box.
Write a couple of lines inviting them to login to One Child.
