If you need support you can create a support ticket on any page of One Child once you have logged in. In the top bar on the right hand side click on ‘support’.
Then fill in the support form which pops over the page you are currently on.
We will respond by sending you an email to the address listed on this form. Support requests are responded to on the same day.
Make sure to remember to include as much detail about the issue you are requesting support for.
You may also use the support form to sent us feedback or even requests for new features.
