There are two ways to reset passwords for other users (parents or educators) at your centre.
If you want to quickly change a password while you are in the presence of the user you can set a password by:
selecting Administration and then Manage Users in the submenu.
Find the relevant person by selecting the appropriate search criteria e.g. All Staff.
Type the persons name in the search box e.g. smith
Click on the orange button with the lock next to the relevant name.
The edit screen with then be displayed.
Scroll down to the password section and enter a password and then enter the same password in the confirm input box then click submit.
The password will then be changed.
IMPORTANT: No email will be sent when the password is changed this way. You must tell or send an email to the user to advise them of the new password.
