As an administrator you have the ability to login as any user (parent or educator) within your centre. This is a great tool to assist users at your centre resolve issues they may be experiencing by logging in as them.
In the side menu click on Administrator > Universal Login
On the next page select the person you want to login as from the drop down menu. Then enter your password, you use to login to One Child.
Once you click on ‘Make the switch‘ you will be logged in as the chosen person.
You may navigate around One Child as this person. When you are finished click on the link at the top of the page ‘switch back’ to return to your profile.
Please note that any changes you make while logged in as another user will be permanent.
