How to add an avatar (profile picture)

Add a personal avatar

Click on the avatar placeholder in the top bar and click on ‘My Profile’.

Click on the ‘Update Photo’ button.  Choose an image from your device and it will be uploaded.  To change you avatar just upload another image.

Child Avatar

Click on Portfolios > Child Portfolio in the left menu.  Select a child on the next screen.  The child portfolio will be displayed for the selected child.

Click on the ‘Update Photo’ and choose an image from your device and it will be uploaded.

Chiild portfolio

Child avatars are shown in documentation where they are linked. The avatar and child name is only visible to educators at the centre.
