When children are archived they remain within One Child and all associated documentation remains. Only administrators are able to open an archived child’s portfolio.
To view an archived child’s portfolio click on Administrator > Manage Users
Select Ex-Children and then click on the green button.
N.B. When the mouse cursor hovers over the button the word ‘Portfolio’ is displayed as shown in the image above.
A new browser tab will open showing the child portfolio.
