One Child uses a secure log in system to access the app.  Only a centre who is currently using One Child can enroll you to access the app.  When you have been enrolled you will receive an email with your user details including a username and password.  Here is are the basic instructions to login.

• Go to https://app.one-child.com/login
• Enter your username in the top input box.
• Enter your password in the bottom input box.
• Click on the ‘Sign In’ button.

If you have entered your username and password correctly you will be logged in to the app.

Note: Passwords are case sensitive.  If you forget your password you password must be reset as all passwords are encrypted.
