The password which is generated by One Child when a person is enrolled will be difficult to remember and for ease of use will need to be changed by the user.
A password may be changed at any time by first logging into the One Child App.
Click on the Avatar image in the top menu bar then click on password.
- Fill in your old password.
- Enter a new password and repeat that to confirm the change of your password.
- Submit the change of password.
You will receive an email notifying you of a change of password in One Child. If you did not change your password and receive the change of password email it is possible that someone has accessed your account. Please contact One Child support or you child care centre.
