To save time you can reuse forms and make changes rather then recreating a form from scratch.  Duplicate the form you want to use and make your changes as necessary.

TIP: We recommend changing the title a little so that you do not get confused between forms with the same name.  For example Roster week 1, Roster week 2 etc.
