On occasion parents or educators may forget their login details, either their username or password or both. The easiest solution is to reset their password and resend the information to them via email.
This is possible by selecting Administration and then Manage Users in the submenu.
Find the relevant person by selecting the appropriate search criteria e.g. All Staff.
Type the persons name in the search box e.g. smith
Click on the orange button with the lock next to the relevant name.
The edit screen with then be displayed.
Scroll down and click on the red button ‘Reset password and send login details’.
This will then send an email to the person with new login details.
A message will then be displayed at the top of the page indicating that the reset was successful.
